Miranda Hobbes Green is Having the Tiniest Little Moment & I Love It
While clicking through what sustainable brands had to offer this spring, I couldn’t help noticing a unusual shade of soft, semi transparent pastel green crop up repeatedly.
There it was, Miranda Hobbes green, as foretold by Harling Ross of ManRepeller last May. Harling reported on the continued ubiquity of millennial pink, and the colors poised to dethrone it – Gen Z yellow and melodramatic purple. And then she mentioned a third, not as pervasive but undeniably microtrending: Miranda Hobbes green, “halfway between acid and lime”.
It has taken on a softer quality this spring, less acidic and more dreamy, consistently being rendered in semi sheer organza. Personally, I can’t wait to give it a go.
